A remote controlled inputting and outputting apparatus using a laser is disclosed. Particularly an automatically operated remote controlled inputting and outputting apparatus is disclosed which is capable of putting in or taking out an object to and from a particular position of a working space under water. A working mechanism 1 which clamps an object 2 to be worked on is connected to a hydraulic hose 9 of a hydraulic hose drum 7 and to a wire 10 of a wire drum 8. In the vertical direction of the working mechanism 1, there are installed a mirror 4 and a laser beam generator 3, and all the above components are controlled through an operating panel 11.
