A system and methods are disclosed for connecting a customer device operated by a remote caller to a servicing device configured to be operated by a service agent, comprising. The system includes a first customer device comprising a servicing component within a graphical user interface, wherein the service component is configured to couple the first customer device to a remote server. The remote server includes a service application software configured to indentify and communicate with the first customer device from among a plurality of customer devices, wherein the service application software is further configured to assign a unique customer ID to identify the first customer device from among the plurality of customer devices coupled to the remote server and display the customer ID on the graphical user interface of the first device. The service application software is further configured to allow the servicing device to link with first customer device identified by the customer ID.
