A chassis (16) supports a toy vehicle body (11) and a pair of front wheels (14, 15) together with a pair of rear wheels (12, 13). A dual motor differential drive mechanism provides independent differential steering and propulsion of the vehicle through remote control of the rear wheels. An integral steering caster (51) supporting both front wheels in a common caster apparatus is pivotally supported by a single forwardly positioned pivot (50) between the chassis and the caster. The pivoting action of the common caster in response to vehicle turning moves the inner one of the front wheels rearwardly while moving the outer one of the front wheels in a turn forwardly. This pivotal movement is accomplished with a simple, low cost steering caster and provides a heightened appearance and performance effect.
Selon cette invention, un châssis (16) sert de support à une voiture-jouet (11), une paire de roues avant (14, 15) et une paire de roues arrière (12, 13). Un mécanisme d'entraînement différentiel des deux moteurs assure la direction différentielle indépendante et la propulsion de la voiture par télécommande des roues arrière. Une chasse (51) de direction formée d'une seule pièce sert de support aux deux roues avant, dans un ensemble chasse commune, et est fixée pivotante par un seul pivot (50) positionné à l'avant entre le châssis et la chasse. L'action de pivotement de la chasse commune qui résulte des virages effectués par la voiture provoque le déplacement de la roue avant interne vers l'arrière et le déplacement de la roue avant externe vers l'avant. Ce mouvement pivotant est accompli grâce à l'utilisation d'une chasse de direction simple et peu coûteuse et donne un effet de performance et de réalité accrus.
