A removable and insertable ring binder leaf has a binder portion adjacent an edge, with a plurality of apertures formed in said portion. The apertures communicate with said edge by a plurality of slots the slots being in juxtaposed relation to one another, so that latch members are formed which retain the leaf in a binder, but removal is enabled by bending or displacing the latch members and removing the leaf.
