ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A removable shutter for an orifice which is only accessible by means of a narrow passage, made up of several independent panels which are each provided with a lateral rib for assembly onto an adjacent panel, and which incorporate an outside flange for fastening around the orifice to be shut off and also an O-ring seal leakproofing for this fastening. In fact the central panel incorporates an O-ring seal on its total perimeter. Close to the orifice to be shut off, the central panel is fitted-in under the riders of the first side panel and the riders of the second side panel are fitted onto the central panel. The assembly is then fastened onto the orifice to be shut off, thereby compressing both the peripheral O-ring seals and the lateral O-ring seals of the central panel.
