Abstract Removal of fish bones A device for removing pin bones from salmon comprising a pair of jaws one of which is fixed and the other pivoted to which is connected a first cylinder adapted to urge it to open or closed positions, means for activating the first cylinder, and means for retracting the pair of jaws in the closed position so that when gripping a pin bone embedded in the salmon, the pin bone may be pulled out of the salmon.
