A repair request dealing apparatus causes a client terminal to display a prompt to input selection of information for specifying a product to be repaired (S2, S3); causes, on receiving the inputted information, the client terminal to display a question for inspecting the failed state of the specified product (S4), identifies, on receiving the answer to the question from the client terminal, the failure on the basis of the failure information stored in a failure information database (22), estimates the cost of the repair of the identified failure and the delivery date, and causes the client terminal to display the estimate and delivery date (S6), and causes the client terminal to display a menu for allowing the client to select either request for the repair or purchase of a new product (S8).
Un appareil de traitement de demandes de réparation fait afficher à un terminal client une invitation à entrer une sélection d'informations afin de spécifier un produit à réparer (S2, S3), il fait afficher au terminal client, à réception des informations entrées, une question pour inspecter l'état de panne du produit spécifié (S4), il identifie la panne, à réception de la réponse à la question provenant du terminal client, sur la base des informations de pannes mémorisées dans une base de données (22) d'informations de pannes, il estime le coût de la réparation de la panne identifiée et la date de remise, et il fait afficher au terminal client l'estimation et la date de remise (S6), puis il fait afficher au terminal client un menu permettant au client de sélectionner soit une demande de réparation soit l'achat d'un nouveau produit (S8).
