A method of repairing a fuel nozzle (100) is disclosed comprising the steps of: forming a pilot assembly (808); in-stalling into a repair bore (801); inserting a primary adaptor (820) into a repair bore (801) such that the primary adaptor 820 is in flow communication with a pilot flow passage (102) and the pilot assembly (808); and coupling the primary adaptor (820) to a distributor (300) and the new pilot assembly (808). A repairable fuel nozzle (100) is disclosed, comprising an adaptor (820) con-figured to direct a fuel flow from at least one flow passage (102) in a fuel distributor (300) to a pilot assembly (808) comprising a fuel swirler (603).
L'invention concerne un procédé de réparation d'un injecteur de carburant (100) qui consiste : à former un ensemble pilote (808); à installer dans un alésage de réparation (801); à insérer un adaptateur principal (820) dans un alésage de réparation (801) de telle sorte que l'adaptateur principal (820) est en communication fluidique avec un passage d'écoulement pilote (102) et l'ensemble pilote (808); et à relier l'adaptateur principal (820) à un distributeur (300) et au nouvel ensemble pilote (808). Un injecteur de carburant réparable (100) est décrit, comportant un adaptateur (820) configuré pour diriger un écoulement de carburant depuis au moins un passage d'écoulement (102) d'un doseur-distributeur de carburant (300) vers un ensemble pilote (808) comportant un dispositif dentraînement de carburant (603).
