A dispensing device for powder coating material includes an outer device portion having a first inner surface and a central passageway for mounting the outer portion on a rotary shaft for rotating the dispensing device. An inner portion of the dispensing device has a second outer surface shaped complementarily to the first surface and a somewhat bell- or cup-shaped third inner surface. Threaded fasteners retain the inner portion in the outer portion with the first and second surfaces in engagement. The outer portion is constructed from a first material having mechanical strength to withstand the stresses attending rotation of the dispensing device. The inner portion is constructed from a second material relatively more inert to the movement of the powder coating material across the third surface.
Dispositif d'application de la matière de revêtement en poudre comprenant un partie extérieure possédant une première surface intérieure et un passage central pour l'installation de la partie extérieure sur un arbre rotatif pour faire tourner le dispositif. Une partie intérieure du dispositif d'application possède une deuxième surface extérieure dont la surface a une forme complémentaire à celle de la première et une troisième surface intérieure ayant vaguement la forme d'une cloche. Des attaches filetées retiennent la partie intérieure dans la partie extérieure, et les première et deuxième surfaces sont engagées. La partie extérieure est fabriquée d'un premier matériau dont la résistance mécanique lui permet de supporter les contraintes présentes lors de la rotation du dispositif d'application. La partie intérieure est fabriquée d'un deuxième matériau relativement plus insensible au déplacement du matériau composant la poudre de revêtement sur la troisième surface.
