The invention relates to a replaceable wearing sur- face for a sealing arrangement on drum end walls on press drums in presses which dewater fibre suspensions radially into the drum through the shell of the drum. The invention is characterized in that the wearing surface for the sealing arrangement (4) comprises a wear ring (5) and holder members (8), the wear ring (5) being provided, on the side which faces into the drum from the drum end wall after mounting, with locking members (6) which are ar- ranged parallel to the drum axis and are preferably in the form of knob-shaped locking members (6), the arms (9) of the holder mem- bers (8) being designed so as, when mounted by being pushed in in the radial direction of the press drum, to engage the locking mem- ber (6), and the holder members being fastened to the drum end wall (14) by suitable fixing members, if appropriate comprising bolt connections.

L'invention concerne une surface d'usure remplaçable destinée à un dispositif d'étanchéité situé sur les parois d'extrémité de tambours de presse dans des presses servant à déshydrater des suspensions fibreuses par pression radiale dans le tambour à travers la coque dudit tambour. L'invention se caractérise en ce que la surface d'usure destinée à ce dispositif d'étanchéité (4) comprend une bague d'usure (5) et des éléments de support (8), la bague d'usure (5) comportant, sur le côté logé dans le tambour depuis la paroi d'extrémité après le montage, des éléments de blocage (6) disposés parallèlement à l'axe du tambour et se présentant de préférence sous la forme d'éléments de blocage (6) en forme de boutons, les bras (9) desdits éléments de support (8) étant conçus pour loger un élément de blocage (6) lorsqu'ils sont poussés dans le sens radial du tambour de presse, et les éléments de support étant fixés à la paroi d'extrémité du tambour (14) au moyen d'éléments de fixation appropriés, si nécessaire au moyen de verrous.
