A resettable drive mechanism for a medication delivery device is disclosed, said mechanism comprising a housing (13, 17, 40), a drive member (20) rotatable with respect to the housing in a second direction for delivering a dose of a medication, a piston rod (12) adapted to be driven in a distal direction with respect to the housing by the drive member, when the drive mem-ber rotates in the second direction, a stop member (26) adapted to prevent rotation of the drive member in a first direction opposite to the second direction with respect to the housing, when the stop member engages the drive member, and a clutch member (58) movable with respect to the housing between a delivery position (D) and a reset position (R), wherein, when the clutch member is in the delivery position, the stop member and the drive member are engaged and the drive member is prevented from rotating in the first direction with respect to the housing, and when the clutch member is in the reset position, the drive member and the stop member are disengaged, the drive member is rotatable in the first direction with respect to the housing and the piston rod is mov-able in the proximal direction with respect to the housing.
L'invention concerne un mécanisme d'actionnement réinitialisable pour dispositif de distribution de médicaments, ledit mécanisme comportant un boîtier (13, 17, 40), un élément d'actionnement (20) rotatif par rapport au boîtier dans un second sens pour distribuer une dose de médicament, une tige de piston (12) conçue pour être actionnée dans une direction distale par rapport au boîtier par l'élément d'actionnement lorsque ce dernier tourne dans le second sens, un élément d'arrêt (26) conçu pour empêcher la rotation de l'élément d'actionnement dans un premier sens opposé au second sens par rapport au boîtier lorsque l'élément d'arrêt s'engage dans l'élément d'actionnement, et un élément d'embrayage (58) mobile par rapport au boîtier entre une position de distribution (D) et une position de réinitialisation (R). Selon l'invention, lorsque l'élément d'embrayage est en position de distribution, l'élément d'arrêt et l'élément d'actionnement sont emboîtés et l'élément d'actionnement est empêché de tourner dans le premier sens par rapport au boîtier, et lorsque l'élément d'embrayage est en position de réinitialisation, l'élément d'actionnement et l'élément d'arrêt sont libérés l'un de l'autre, l'élément d'actionnement peut alors tourner dans le premier sens par rapport au boîtier et la tige de piston est mobile dans la direction proximale par rapport au boîtier.
