There is disclosed a resin-coated aluminum alloy plate material good in flaw resistance, formability and/or workability, and printability, which comprises an aluminum alloy plate, whose Vickers hardness (Hv) is 30 or more, and an organic resin film having a thickness of 0.5 µm or more, but 20 µm or less, and containing a resin, whose glass transition temperature (Tg) is 10 °C or less, and a wax and/or a fluororesin-series lubricant in an added amount of 1 to 30% by weight based on the solid content in the organic resin film, the organic resin film being coated on a surface of the aluminum alloy plate. The resin-coated aluminum alloy plate material has good flaw resistance, formability and/or workability, and printability, and can be preferably used as a shutter material of a recording medium cassette.
La présente invention concerne un alliage d'aluminium en feuille revêtu de résine, possédant de bonnes qualités de formabilité et/ou d'ouvrabilité et d'aptitude à l'impression. La feuille en alliage d'aluminium possède une dûreté Vickers (Hv) de 30 et même plus. Le revêtement, d'une épaisseur comprise entre 0,5 et 20 m, est constitué d'une résine organique dont la température de transition vitreuse (Tg) est de 10 oC ou moins, et d'une cire et/ou d'un lubrifiant fluoré en proportion de 1 à 30 % en poids de la fraction solide de la résine. Le matériau de cette invention est destiné de préférence à la fabrication de volets obturateurs pour cassettes de bandes d'enregistrement.
