The present invention provides a resin-coated stainless steel foil capable of maintaining a strong adherence force to the film even in an electrolytic solution to exhibit good corrosion resistance and excellent in the workability, design property and piecing resistance, and a container and a secondary battery each using the resin-coated stainless steel foil. According to the present invention, a resin-coated stainless steel foil having a chromate treatment layer of 2 to 200 nm in thickness on at least one surface of a stainless steel foil and having at least a polyolefin-based resin (A) layer containing a functional group having polarity on the chromate treatment layer; and a container and a secondary battery each using the resin-coated stainless steel foil are provided.
Feuille d'acier inoxydable recouverte de résine laquelle peut conserver une bonne adhérence à des films même dans une solution d'électrolyte et présente une bonne résistance à la corrosion, excelle en termes de possibilité de mise en oevre, de possibilité de mise au point et de résistance au piquage ; et, utilisant celle-ci, contenant et batterie secondaire. L'invention concerne une feuille d'acier inoxydable recouverte de résine caractérisée en ce qu'elle a une couche traitée au chromate de 2 à 200 nm superposée sur au moins une surface principale de la feuille d'acier inoxydable et en ce qu'elle a, superposée sur la couche traitée au chromate, au moins une couche de résine de polyoléfine (A) contenant un groupe fonctionnel polaire. En outre, l'invention concerne, utilisant celle-ci, un contenant et une batterie secondaire.
