A fuel cell separator can be produced by molding a resin composition comprising (A) an epoxy resin, (B) a curing agent, (C) a specific curing-promoting agent and (D) a carbon material as the essential components, wherein the component (D) is contained at a ratio of 50 to 85 mass% relative to the total amount of the composition, a highly crystalline artificial graphite having an average particle diameter of not smaller than 100 µm and smaller than 150 µm makes up 5 to 100 mass% of the total amount of the component (D), and the component (C) is contained at a ratio of 0.1 to 20 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the component (B). The resin composition can provide a fuel cell separator which has excellent electrical conductivity and excellent fluidability, contains little impurities, has excellent electrical conductivity and dimensional accuracy, and does not cause the deterioration in performance of a solid electrolyte.
Selon l'invention, il est possible de produire un séparateur de pile à combustible en réalisant un moulage d'une composition de résine renfermant, en tant que composants principaux, (A) une résine époxy, (B) un durcisseur, (C) un agent spécifique favorisant le durcissement et (D) un matériau carbone, dans lequel séparateur la proportion du composant (D) dans la quantité totale de la composition est comprise entre 50 et 85 % en poids, un graphite artificiel hautement cristallin présentant un diamètre de particules moyen supérieur ou égal à 100 µm et inférieur à 150 µm représente de 5 à 100 % en poids de la quantité totale du composant (D) et la proportion du composant (C) est comprise entre 0,1 et 20 % en poids par rapport au composant (B). La composition de résine peut fournir un séparateur de pile à combustible doté d'une excellente conductivité électrique et d'une excellente aptitude à l'écoulement, contient peu d'impuretés, possède une excellente conductivité électrique et une grande précision dimensionnelle, et n'entraîne pas de détérioration des performances d'un électrolyte solide.
