Abstract of the Disclosure A resin composition which comprises a coupling agent in an amount of about 0.5 part by weight to about 50 parts by weight against 100 parts by weight of a copolymer composed of an aminoalkyl acrylate and/or aminoalkyl methacrylate and an ethylenically unsaturated monomer. The resin composition excels, as compared with the conventional ones, in terms of any properties to be developed toward a wide range of various substrates inclusive of in- organic materials and plastic materials, such as adherence, water resistance, weathering resistance and yellowing resistance, and consequently are advan- tageously used in such fields as coatings, adhesives and printing ink.
