The present invention relates to a resin composition for a mold, a mold constructed by using the composition and a molding method using the mold. This resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin, an inorganic fibrous reinforcing material and an inorganic particulate filler, and has a bending strength of 1000 kgf/cm2 or higher, a modulus of elasticity in bending of 70000 kgf/cm2 or higher, and it can be cut and worked. The heat deformation temperature of the composition may be higher than 180 ·C. With this composition it is possible to provide a core or a cavity in a mold which is cut and finished with a good dimensional precision, at low cost and in a short period and is durable and recyclable. The mold can be applied to various types of molding methods using various types of materials and when so used it can provide molded products with good precision and at low costs.
Cette invention se rapporte à une composition de résine pour fabriquer un moule, à un moule construit à l'aide de cette composition, ainsi qu'à un procédé de moulage utilisant ce moule. Cette composition de résine contient une résine thermoplastique, un matériau de renforcement fibreux inorganique et une charge particulaire inorganique, elle possède une résistance à la flexion égale ou supérieure à 1000 kgf/cm?2¿, un module d'élasticité en flexion égal ou supérieur à 70 000 kgf/cm?2¿, et elle peut être découpée et travaillée. La température de déformation à la chaleur de cette composition peut être supérieure à 180 ~C. Grâce à cette composition, il est possible de produire un noyau ou une cavité dans un moule, qui est coupé et fini avec une bonne précision de dimensions, à faible coût et en un temps court, et qui est durable et recyclable. Ce moule peut être appliqué à divers types de procédés de moulage utilisant divers types de matériaux et, ainsi utilisé, ce moule peut servir à former des produits moulés avec une bonne précision et à faibles coûts.
