The present invention relates to a resin film which consists of thermoplastic polyester resin containing 3 to 30% by weight of a granular resin with a grain diameter of 0.1 to µm in weight fraction in entire resin, the granular resin being modified polyolefin resin containing 2 to 20% by weight of a functional group derived from carboxylic acid in terns of carboxylic acid, a manufacturing method for the resin film, a resin laminated metal sheet using the resin film, and a manufacturing method for the resin laminated metal sheet. By using the resin film in accordance with the present invention, a resin laminated metal sheet having high formability, impact resistance, adhesion, flavor property, and retort resistance can be obtained.
L'invention concerne un film de résine comprenant une résine polyester thermoplastique et de 3 à 30% en poids, par rapport à la quantité totale de résine, d'une résine particulaire présentant un diamètre compris entre 0,1 et 5 mu m; cette résine particulaire étant une résine polyoléfine modifiée contenant un groupe fonctionnel dérivé d'un acide carboxylique à hauteur de 2 à 20% en poids d'acide carboxylique. La présente invention concerne également un procédé permettant de fabriquer le film de résine. En outre, cette invention concerne une plaque métallique lamellée en résine utilisant le film de résine, ainsi qu'un procédé permettant de fabriquer cette plaque. Le film de résine permet de fabriquer une plaque métallique lamellée en résine présentant une excellente aptitude au traitement, une excellente résistance aux chocs, une excellente adhésivité, et d'excellentes caractéristiques de goût. Le film de résine est également adapté au traitement par autoclave.
