A resin part engaging structure capable of increasing the workability of a mounting operation and surely preventing a disengagement after mounting by reducing a load required at the time of mounting and increasing an engaging force, wherein a holding cylindrical part having a hollow part (24) and a holding lip part (22) are projectedly installed opposedly to each other inside a U-shaped part (12) of a weather strip (10) and a communication hole (28) allowing the hollow part (24) to communicate with the outside is formed in the holding cylindrical part (20), a load required for insertion (a load required at the time of mounting) is reduced because the inside of the hollow part (24) is decompressed by a decompressing device and a clearance (30) larger than the plate thickness of a body flange (84) is formed and, when the pressure inside the hollow part (24) is returned to the atmospheric pressure, a projected end (20A) of the holding cylindrical part (20) presses strongly against the body flange (84), whereby, because the load required at the time of mounting and the engaging force can be set independently, the inserting load (load required at the time of mounting) can be reduced, and the engaging force can be increased, to thereby make compatible an increase in workability of the mounting operation and a prevention of disengagement of the weather strip (10) with each other at a high level.
L'invention concerne une structure d'engagement d'une pièce en résine, permettant d'augmenter la faisabilité d'une opération de montage et empêchant de manière sûre le dégagement après montage, par la réduction de la charge requise au moment du montage et par l'augmentation de la force d'engagement. Une pièce de support cylindrique possédant une partie creuse (24) et une partie lèvre de support (22) sont montées saillantes, à l'opposé l'une de l'autre, dans une pièce en U (12) d'un bourrelet de calfeutrage (10) et un orifice de communication avec l'extérieur est formé dans la pièce de support cylindrique (20), la charge requise pour l'insertion (charge requise au moment du montage) étant réduite du fait que l'intérieur de la partie creuse (24) est décomprimé par un dispositif de décompression et qu'un espace (30) supérieur à l'épaisseur de la plaque d'un bord de carrosserie (84) est formé. Lorsque la pression à l'intérieur de la pièce creuse (24) est ramenée à la pression atmosphérique, une extrémité saillante (20A) de la pièce de support cylindrique (20) appuie fortement contre le bord (84). Ainsi, du fait que la charge requise au moment du montage et que la force d'insertion peuvent être déterminées indépendamment, la charge d'insertion (charge requise au moment du montage) peut être réduite et la force d'engagement peut être augmentée, ce qui rend compatibles une augmentation de la faisabilité de l'opération de montage et la prévention du dégagement du bourrelet de calfeutrage (10), de manière sensible.
