The invention further relates to a method for obtaining a powdery mildew-resistant and necrosis-free Cucumis sativus plant, comprising of introducing a necrosis-suppressing genetic factor into the genome of a powdery mildew-resistant.
La présente invention concerne une plante Cucumis sativus résistante au mildiou pulvérulent, comprenant, dans son génome, un facteur génétique de suppression de la nécrose, laquelle plante est à la fois résistante au mildiou pulvérulent et exempte de nécrose. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé pour obtenir une plante Cucumis sativus résistante au mildiou pulvérulent et exempte de nécrose, ledit procédé comprenant l'introduction d'un facteur génétique de suppression de la nécrose dans le génome d'une résistance au mildiou pulvérulent.
