A unidirectional valve (20), wherein the valve comprises a valve body including a frame (50), a valve opening (52) through the frame, and a valve seat (54) extending from the frame and at least partially surrounding the valve opening. The valve further includes a valve flap (70) having a first portion (76) attached to the frame and an adjacent second portion (37) free to move from a first position where the second portion is in contact with at least a part of the valve seat (54) to a second position where at least part of the second portion is spaced from the valve seat (54), wherein the valve flap (70) has a nonuniform thickness. The thickness variations may occur between sides of the valve flap (70), and may also occur between the ends of the valve flap (70).

Cette invention concerne une soupape unidirectionnelle (20) dont le corps comprend un cadre (50), une ouverture de soupape (52) dans le corps et un siège de soupape (54) partant du cadre et entourant au moins partiellement l'ouverture de la soupape.
