The invention herein described relates to a resting system for use particularly but not exclusively, with restricting the movement of humans or animals resting thereon. The invention is particularly relevant to those humans with neurological disorders, or having undergone extensive surgical procedures which would necessitate preventing excessive movement. Additionally patients with spinal injury, those individuals suffering from extensive burns or infants susceptible to cot death would also benefit from restriction of movement provided by said resting means.

Cette invention concerne notamment les personnes souffrant de troubles neurologiques ou ayant subi des interventions chirurgicales longues qui impliqueraient d'empêcher tout mouvement excessif. D'autre part, des patients souffrant de lésions à la colonne vertébrale ou des individus souffrant de brûlures importantes, ou encore des nouveau-nés pouvant être touchés par le syndrome de la mort soudaine du nourrisson pourraient également profiter de ce dispositif de repos permettant de limiter les mouvements.
