Systems and methods are described that facilitate controlling transmission/ reception time slots in a wireless multi-hop ad hoc network. A node, such as an access terminal or an access point, may select an identifier that corresponds to specific time slots during which nodes with that particular identifier may transmit and/or receive. Nodes that are one hop away from each other may select different identifiers in order to ensure that neighboring nodes do not transmit and/or receive during the same time slots. In this manner, interference caused and/or experienced by a given node may be reduced.

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés qui facilitent le contrôle de créneaux temporels de transmission/réception dans un réseau sans fil à plusieurs bonds. Un noeud, de type terminal d'accès ou point d'accès, peut sélectionner un identifiant qui correspond aux créneaux temporels spécifiques pendant lesquels les noeuds dotés de cet identifiant particulier peuvent transmettre et/ou recevoir. Les noeuds espacés d'un bond peuvent sélectionner différents identifiants pour garantir que les noeuds avoisinants ne transmettent et/ou ne reçoivent pas pendant les mêmes créneaux temporels. De cette manière, il est possible de réduire les interférences provoquées et/ou supportées par un noeud donné.
