A hanger for retaining and dispensing lug nuts includes an elongate length of material extending between a first end and a second end, and a plurality of elastically deformable portions spaced at predetermined intervals along the length of the material. Each deformable portion defines a lug nut retaining section along the hanger, and the hanger has a maximum width within each lug nut retaining section, when the portion therein is not elastically deformed, that is greater than a diameter of an opening in each lug nut.
