The invention relates to a retaining wall, in particular a retaining wall (24) that is inclined against a soil backfill, consisting of individual purpose- made blocks (20, 21, 22, 23), the latter (20 .. 23) being arranged in layers (30) one on top of the other and the purpose-made blocks (20 .. 23) of neighbouring layers (30) interlocking in a positive fit in the vicinity of the upper (25) and lower faces (26) of said purpose-made blocks (20 .. 23). According to the invention, the upper (25) and lower faces (26) of the purpose- made blocks (20 .. 23) are configured and aligned in such a way that individual layers (30) can be displaced under a lateral pressure applied transversally to an imaginary longitudinal axis of the retaining wall (24) in a corresponding direction. To achieve the positive-fit connection transversally to the longitudinal axis of the retaining wall, the purpose-made blocks (20 .. 23) preferably comprise respective positive-fit elements in the vicinity of their upper (25) and lower faces (26), in particular projections and/or bevelled shoulders and/or oblique surfaces (31).
L'invention concerne un mur support notamment un mur support (24) incliné vers un remblais de terre, composé de briques moulées individuelles (20, 21, 22, 23). Les briques moulées (20, , 23) sont superposées en couches et les briques de couches adjacentes (30) se trouvent respectivement en prise mécanique au niveau de côtés supérieurs (25) et de côtés inférieurs(26) des briques. Selon l'invention, les côtés supérieurs (25) et les côtés inférieurs(26) des briques sont conçus ou orientés de telle manière que des couches individuelles (30) peuvent être décalées en cas de pression latérale, perpendiculairement à un axe longitudinal imaginaire du mur support (24). Pour réaliser la prise mécanique perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal du mur support, les briques moulées (20, , 23) présentent des éléments de prise mécanique, notamment des saillies et/ou des retraits et des surfaces inclinées (31) au niveau du côté supérieur (25) et du côté inférieur (26).
