The invention relates to the domain of retention garments and to those used to facilitate the application of the same. The invention especially relates to a garment or an undergarment to be placed under a retention garment, which is characterised in that it is essentially knitted with at least two different stitch structures, a first, knitted according to a float stitch pattern in a textile material having a smooth outer surface, and a second, knitted according to a weft stitch pattern in an adapted elastic textile material having a weft count of between 240 dtex and 600 dtex, in such a way as to generate a slight compression or retention.

La présente invention concerne le domaine des articles de contention et ceux destinés à faciliter la mise en place de ces derniers. Elle a pour objet un article ou un sous-article de contention destiné à être placé sous un article de contention, caractérisé en ce qu'il est essentiellement tricoté avec au moins deux structures de maillage différentes, une première, tricotée selon un motif dit de « maille flottée », ce dans une matière textile présentant une surface extérieure qui soit lisse et une seconde, tricotée selon un motif dit de « maille tramée », ce dans une matière textile élastique adaptée présentant un titre de trame compris entre 240 dtex et 600 dtex, de façon à procurer une légère compression ou contention.
