ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Reticular structures comprising one or more fibrillated films perpendicularly arranged between two or more fibrillated films are prepared by a process comprising the steps of: feeding one or more fibrillated films onto a conveyor; feeding one or more transversal films perpendicularly to the conveyor feed direction; cutting these transversal films in a position corresponding to the edges of the base film or films; superposing on these transversal films, one or more fibrillated films fed parallel to the conveyor feed direction and causing the cohesion of the resulting composite structure. The reticular structures thus produced are useful for reinforcement of composite materials having matrices consisting of hydraulic binder and for reinforcement of road surfaces.
