This invention relates to compounds of formula I Image (I) in which T is -CONH- or -CH=CH-; Ra and Rb are independently C1-6 alkyl; Rc is C1-6 alkyl or hydrogen; and R is heteroaryl. These compounds are useful for preventing and/or treating various skin disorders, such as, but not limited to, acne, psoriasis and damage from irradiation. Further, they have antitumor activities.
