The battery charger device, the battery and the retractable cord device are releasably attached to and within the marine vessel. The battery charger device is connected to the battery and adapted to transmit voltage to the battery. The retractable cord device is connected to the battery charger device and is adapted to transmit voltage to the battery charger.
