The invention relates to a retrofit kit for a training device (1) and to a training device (1). The training device comprises a moving actuating element (4), via which a training force (T) produced by an individual who is training can be introduced into the training device. The training device also comprises a force producing device (2) via which a counterforce (G) that works against the training force (T) can be produced by means of a training weight (7) that can be composed of one or a number of individual weights (8). In order to increase the training effect of the training device, an oscillation producing device (3) is provided via which an oscillation can be produced that influences and modulates the counterforce. The oscillation producing device (3) is provided in the form of an individual weight (8).
L'invention concerne un ensemble d'équipement complémentaire pour dispositif d'entraînement (1), ainsi qu'un dispositif d'entraînement (1). Ledit dispositif d'entraînement présente un élément d'actionnement (4) mobile à l'aide duquel une force d'entraînement (T) produite par une personne en train de faire de l'exercice peut être introduite dans le dispositif d'entraînement, ainsi qu'un dispositif de production de force (2), à l'aide duquel une force antagoniste (G) agissant de manière opposée à la force d'entraînement (T) peut être produite par un poids d'entraînement (7), conçu de manière à pouvoir être composé d'un ou de plusieurs poids individuels (8). Le dispositif de production d'oscillations (3) se présente à cet effet sous forme de poids individuel (8).
