The present invention relates to retroreflective transfer sheets and graphic images produced therefrom; i.e., appliques. The retroreflective applique includes: a layer of optical lens elements partially embedded in and protruding from the front surface of a binder resin layer and a transfer adhesive layer comprising a vinyl plastisol disposed on the rear surface of the binder resin layer. The binder resin layer is prepared from ingredients comprising an isocyanate-functional hardener and a resin selected from the group consisting of a polyester resin and a polyurethane resin.

L'invention porte sur des feuilles de transfert réfléchissantes et sur des motifs graphiques produits à partir de ces dernières, par exemple des motifs décoratifs transférés. Un tel motif comporte une couche d'éléments optiques lenticulaires partiellement noyés dans la surface frontale d'une couche de résine de liaison, et une couche d'adhésif de transfert faite de plastisol vinylique et disposée sur la surface dorsale de la couche de résine de liaison. La couche de résine de liaison est préparée à partir d'ingrédients incluant un durcisseur à fonction isocyanate et une résine polyester ou polyuréthane.
