Fluorinated reverse gel compositions incorporating nonfluorinated surfactants are disclosed. The compositions, comprising a continuous fluorinated phase and a disperse aqueous phase, are formed by combining a nonfluorinated surfactant with at least one highly fluorinated organic compound and at least one partially fluorinated and partially hydrogenated organic compound. This fluorinated dispersion is then combined with an aqueous solution to provide a reverse gel that may be used for wound treatment, lubrication, or the delivery of active principles.
L'invention concerne des compositions de gels inversés fluorés incorporant des tensioactifs non fluorés. On prépare ces compositions, lesquelles comprennent une phase fluorée continue et une phase aqueuse dispersée, en combinant un tensioactif non fluoré à au moins un composé organique fortement fluoré et à au moins un composé organique partiellement fluoré et partiellement hydrogéné. On combine ensuite cette dispersion fluorée à une solution aqueuse de façon à constituer un gel inversé qui peut être utilisé pour le traitement des lésions, la lubrification ou l'administration de principes actifs.
