This invention is a product comprising three components. A disc of variable size and material designed with two or more holes diamet rically opposite each other and located equidistantly from the cen tre of the disc, a rope of variable length, and two handles. This invention is used as an interactive reverse rotation - seesaw entertainment toy mainly for children but in larger sizes, adults could use it as an arms exercise product. The children size has a disc size below 100 mm in diameter. This size is gentle to pull a nd play, and offers a rhythmic elastic feel that entertains the p1 ayer. By holding the rope by the handles, the player first swings the disc in a circular motion to cause the rope to wind. By pullin g both ends of the rope, the rope is pulled taut causing the rope to unwind and to generate a dynamic force that causes the disc to rotate in one direction. Releasing the taut rope causes the disc t o rotate in the opposite direction. As the pull and release action repeats, the disc rotates and reverses rotation at speed that dep ends on the strength of pull.
