The present invention relates to a means to increase efficiency in co-generationunits. It does this by recycling stack gas from the boiler and steam from the steam turbine to interchange in the free turbine end of the gas turbine. The steam will do additional rotational work created by the supply of heat from the stack gas. This load will reduce specific fuel consumption. More specifically the added benefits including the scaled down in size steam turbine make it attractive for independent power produced developement . IPP
