The invention relates to a revolving door with several door panels (2, 3, 4) which rotate about a center axis (7) within a cylindrical wall limiting them. The invention is characterized in that one of said door panels or parts of said door panels can be detached from their operating position and can be swiveled and/or displaced into a position closing the entrance (E) and/or the exit (A) in the manner of a night closing panel.
