Owing to these effects, this polypeptide is useful as a prolactin secretion promoter in preventives and remedies for various diseases in which prolactin secretion participates (for example, hypoovarianism, spermatic underdevelopment, menopause and hypothyroidism), and as a prolactin secretion inhibitor in preventives and remedies for various diseases in which prolactin secretion participates (for example, pituitary tumor, diencephalon tumor, menstrual disorder, autoimmune diseases, prolactinoma, sterility, impotence, amenorrhea, lactorrhea, hyperpituitarism, Chairi-Frommel syndrome, Argonz-del Castilo syndrome, Forbes-Albright syndrome, lymphoma, Sheehan's syndrome and spermatogenesis disorder.
La présente invention concerne un polypeptide capable de favoriser et d'inhiber la sécrétion de prolactine.
