Molecules of the general formula (I) without intramolecular peptidic bonds, able to mimic the RGD peptide, containing ARG-GLY-ASP motif "arginine-glycine- aspartic acid" (that is a potent inhibitor, in vivo and in vitro, of cellular adhesion).In vitro experimentation demonstrated that said molecules are efficient inhibitors of RASMC adhesion, proliferation and migration.
La présente invention concerne des molécules représentées par la formule générale I sans liaisons peptidiques intramoléculaires, capable d'imiter le peptide RGD, contenant le motif structurel ARG-GLY-ASP <=arginine-glycine-acide aspartique>= (lequel est un inhibiteur puissant, in vivo et in vitro de l'adhésion cellulaire). Une expérience in vitro a démontré que ces molécules sont des inhibiteurs efficaces de l'adhésion, de la prolifération et de la migration RASMC (cellules de muscle lisse de rat).
