Disclosed are a compound of the formula Image wherein R1 is C1-C6 alkyl or a group -(CH2)nCOOR3 in which n is an integer of 1 to 4 and R3 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl, and R2 is a group -CH=CH-R4 or -CH2-CH2-R4 in which R4 is substituted or unsubstituted phenyl or a substituted or unsubstituted 5-membered heterocyclic group, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same as an active ingredient. The compounds have an excellent chemical mediator inhibitory activity.
