RIB STRUCTURE FOR AN UMBRELLA Abstract of the Disclosure This invention relates to an umbrella rib structure in which a positioning seat is provided at a proper location on the rib so that a fixing member can easily slide into that positioning seat, but is held against removal therefrom. A flexible linking spoke is loosely enclosed by the fixing member, thereby slidably connecting it to the rib adjacent the posi- tioning seat.
