ABSTRACT A utility holding device for carrying elongated objects such as a rifle at the handlebars of a motorcycle. The device includes a clamp for attachment to the handlebars, a support base attached to the clamp, a mounting stem which is adjustably attached in a threaded opening in the support base and a holding member coupled to the mounting stem and configured to support and lock an object in fixed position at the handlebars.
