The invention concerns a ring binder mechanism for receiving loose, holed written materials. The ring binder mechanism includes a housing (10) having spring-elastic housing flanks (28) which can be urged open. Two carrier rails (20) are provided in the housing, which are pivotable along their facing longitudinal edges in the manner of a knee--joint against the spring effect of the housing flanks (28). At least two half-rings (16) are provided longitudinally spaced apart and rigidly connected with each of the carrier rails (20), and which pairwise form a ring (14). Further, at least one blocking element (32) is provided slideable via operating element (18) essentially parallel to the linkage axis (22) relative to the housing (10) and to the carrier rails (20) which, in the closed position, protrudes into a free space (34) formed between the carrier rails (20) and the housing wall (13) with blockage of the pivot movement of the carrier rails (20) and, in the open position, permits the pivot movement of the carrier rails (20). According to the invention at least one blocking element (32) is pre-tensioned in the direction of the closed position under the influence of a closing spring (36).
L'invention concerne un mécanisme de classeur à anneaux destiné à recevoir des écrits perforés. Ce mécanisme de classeur comporte un corps (10) dont les flancs (28) peuvent être ouverts de façon élastique. Dans ce corps sont disposés deux rails porteurs (20) qui peuvent être basculés l'un vers l'autre à la façon d'une genouillère dans la zone de leurs bords longitudinaux se faisant face, sous l'effet de ressort desdits flancs (28). Au moins deux demi-anneaux (16) formant, par paire, un anneau (14) et disposés dans le sens de la longueur, à une certaine distance l'un de l'autre, sont reliés rigidement aux rails de supports. En outre, le mécanisme présenté comporte au moins un élément de verrouillage (32) pouvant être déplacé, par l'intermédiaire d'un organe d'actionnement (18), sensiblement de façon parallèle à l'axe d'articulation (22), par rapport au corps (10) et aux rails porteurs (20). En position de fermeture, cet élément de verrouillage est inséré dans un espace libre (34) formé entre les rails porteurs (20) et une paroi de corps (13), et empêche ainsi le mouvement de basculement des rails porteurs (20), et, en position d'ouverture, il libère le chemin de basculement autour de l'axe d'articulation (22). Selon l'invention, il est proposé qu'au moins un élément de verrouillage (32) soit soumis à une précontrainte en direction de la position de verrouillage, sous l'effet d'un ressort de fermeture (36).
