[File No. 74140-2] A B S T R A C T A lactate-free pure ring solution which, in addition, contains 0.1% of a dissolved concentrate which consists of a 20% aqueous polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride solution in which, per 100 ml, 1 g polyethylene glycol having a molecular weight of about 4000 is dissolved, used for local bacterial decontamination of wounds on a sterilized or saprophytic state and is thus used as a bactericidal medicine for treating wounds.
