The present invention relates to fabric care compositions to reduce the fading of fabrics from sunlight, comprising: (A) from about 1 % to about 25 % by weight of the composition of a non-fabric staining, light stable antioxidant compound, preferably containing at least one C8-C22 hydrocarbon fatty organic moiety; (B) from 3 % to about 50 % by weight of the composition of a fabric softening compound; (C) from about 25 % to about 95 % by weight of the composition of a carrier material; and (D) optionally, from about 0 % to about 20 % by weight of the composition of a non-fabric staining, light stable sunscreen compound, preferably containing at least one C8-C22 hydrocarbon fatty organic moiety; wherein the antioxidant compound is a solid material having a melting point of less than about 80 ~C or is a liquid at a temperature of less than about 40 ~C; wherein the sunscreen compound absorbs light at a wavelength of from about 290 nm to about 450 nm; and wherein the sunscreen compound is a solid material having a melting point of from about 25 ~C to about 90 ~C or a viscous liquid at a temperature of less than about 40 ~C.
L'invention porte sur des compositions protectrices réduisant la décoloration du linge sous l'effet de la lumière solaire et comprenant: (A) d'environ 1 à environ 25 % en poids d'un composé antioxydant stable à la lumière et ne tachant pas le linge et contenant de préférence au moins une portion d'un composé organique gras hydrocarboné; (B) de 3 à environ 50 % en poids d'un adoucissant du produit; (c) d'environ 25 à environ 95 % en poids d'un CM; et facultativement d'environ 0 à environ 20 % en poids d'un composé stable à la lumière et ne tachant pas le linge et contenant de préférence au moins une portion d'un composé organique gras hydrocarboné. Dans ladite composition, le composé antioxydant est soit un solide dont la température de fusion est inférieure à environ 80 ~C soit un liquide à une température inférieure à 40 ~C, et l'écran solaire qui absorbe la lumière pour les longueurs d'ondes comprises entre environ 290 nm et 450 nm est soit un solide dont la température de fusion est comprise entre environ 25 et environ 90 ~C soit un liquide, visqueux à une température inférieure à 40 ~C.
