A pair of clamping fixtures that adjustably raise a motorcycle's clip-on handlebars. Each clamp fixture is comprised of a clamping body pierced by a first and second bore, said bores being spaced apart at a distance corresponding to the desired riser height and each bore having a diameter matching that of the clip-on handlebar. A narrow slot splits said clamping body longitudinally, the plane of said slot bisecting said first and second bores along their axes. Said slot may traverse the entire length of said clamping body, thereby forming two clamping body halves. Alternatively, said slot may leave one of said bore's walls intact, thereby forming a single, flexibly articulated clamping body. A third bore pierces said clamping body at right angles to said first and second bores. Said third bore receives a pinch bolt which compresses said clamping body, thereby reducing the effective diameter of said first and second bores. The length of each clip- on handlebar is shortened to match the width of said clamping body and inserted into a clamping body's lower bore. A length of straight handlebar is inserted into each clamping body's upper bore and the pinch bolts tightened, thereby securing both handlebars at a more comfortable location.
