A structural channel assembly comprised of at least two elongated channel members, each channel member having a back wall and a pair of spaced sidewalls extending substantially parallel therefrom to define an interior channel having a substantially U-shaped cross-section. Each of the channel members includes a corrosion resistant coating over the entire surface of said channel member. The assembly further includes a plurality of corrosion resistant coated rivets, each of the coated rivets fixably securing the channel members to each other.
