ABSTRACT A road surface heating apparatus for reproducing the deteriorated asphalt paved road provides an air shut out device with skirt members surrounding the heating panel so as to prevent air from entering into the heating apparatus and to restrain the smoke generation. The generated smoke is filtered and purified by an after-burner and a catalysis burner and then exhausted, thus air pollution problems at the field work are solved.
