A road vehicle actuated energy device for use in a path of a vehicle includes an actuator for transverse disposal in a cavity of a road across the path of the vehicle, wherein the actuator includes a bent member having a first end and a second end and when so disposed in the road the first end moves between a first position above the road and a second position below the first position, a rotatable drive shaft, a one-way clutch ring operably connected to the second end of the bent member wherein the one-way clutch ring has an inner opening configured to receive the drive shaft therethrough and engage the drive shaft in a manner to cause one-way rotation thereof when the first end is moved from the first position to the second position and freely releases the drive shaft when moving from the second position to the first position and an energy generator operably connected to the drive shaft in a manner to generate energy upon rotation of the drive shaft.
Dispositif énergétique actionné par un véhicule routier à utiliser sur le trajet d'un véhicule, comprenant un actionneur à disposer transversalement dans une cavité d'une route en travers du trajet du véhicule, dans lequel l'actionneur comprend un élément courbé comportant une première extrémité et une seconde extrémité et quand il est ainsi disposé dans la route la première extrémité se déplace entre une première position au-dessus de la route et une seconde position au-dessous de la première position, un arbre d'entraînement rotatif, un anneau de roue libre relié à la seconde extrémité de l'élément courbé, dans lequel l'anneau de roue libre comporte une ouverture intérieure configurée pour que l'arbre d'entraînement la traverse et qu'elle s'enclenche avec lui de manière à provoquer sa rotation dans un seul sens quand la première extrémité est déplacée de la première position à la seconde position et dégage librement l'arbre d'entraînement quand on passe de la seconde position à la première position, et un générateur d'énergie relié dans son fonctionnement à l'arbre d'entraînement de manière à produire de l'énergie lorsque l'arbre d'entraînement tourne.
