The invention generally provides a roasting machine, which could roast both the food that need to be rotated upon roasting and the food that needn~t to be rotated while roasting. The roasting machine is provided with a housing for supporting and protecting the roasting cab and roasting pipe, a roasting plate for baking and heating various foods which must be continuously rotated so that it could be evenly heated. A drive unit is used to drive the roasting pipe to rotate. The roasting machine could be used to bake two kinds of food. Since the roasting plate is removable, accordingly, on the one hand, when the roasting plate is placed on the roasting pipe, the food which needn~t to be continuously rotated could be roasted. On the other hand, when the roasting plate is removed, the food which must be continuously rotated, such as sausage, could be heated by roasting pipe.
L~invention concerne de manière générale une machine à rôtir capable de rôtir des aliments qu~il faut faire tourner pendant qu~ils rôtissent et des aliments n~ayant pas besoin qu~on les fasse tourner pendant qu~ils rôtissent. La machine à rôtir comporte un logement destiné à soutenir et à protéger l~enceinte à rôtir et le tuyau à rôtir, une plaque à rôtir pour cuire et chauffer divers aliments ayant besoin de tourner en continu afin qu~ils soient chauffés de manière homogène. Un dispositif d~entraînement est utilisé pour faire tourner le tuyau à rôtir. On peut utiliser la machine à rôtir pour cuire deux types d~aliments. Puisque la plaque à rôtir est amovible, on peut d~une part, lorsque la plaque à rôtir est placée sur le tuyau à rôtir, faire rôtir l~aliment qui n~a pas besoin de tourner en continu. D~autre part, lorsqu~on enlève la plaque à rôtir, on peut faire chauffer par le tuyau à rôtir l~aliment qui doit être rôti en continu, par exemple des saucisses.
