Hydrogen powered computer controlled robotic transporter, which according to a preferred embodiment of the invention is specifically adapted for the harnessing of river and ocean currents, for the direct conversion to electricity and liquefied hydrogen fuel, comprising: a tubular shaped frame with a plurality of airfoil modules installed at the top vertically, and on the sides horizontally, each having at least one pivoted motor- generator electromagnetic propeller module that can be individually aimed within a 360 degrees frame of reference, by encoded servomotors to operate in symbiosis, either by manual or autopilot to produce propulsion forces to overcome inertia and gravity for the robotic transporter to takeoff and land vertically, in all weather and to fly in any direction through the air and water. A pair of lateral landing skis and a nose-tip hook, which provides a facility to anchor with floating anchors that are attached by cables to reinforced concrete anchors imbedded to the river's and ocean current's floor, for the harnessing of their energy at selected locations. A robotic transporter with the ability to operate according to computer software coordinate frames of reference, GPS autopilot, remote data control, function as cargo and passenger airliners that can take of and lad vertically in all weather or adapted for the production of liquefied hydrogen fuel to be delivered on a demand basis, anywhere inland or in the oceans, with global positioning accuracy.
