ABSTRACT A retaining device to retain material against the surface of a wall. The retainer comprises a longitudinal body formed with a head portion on one end to retain the material. Flexible fingers extend outwardly from the body at an angle and allow insertion of the device into a drilled hole in the wall. The retaining device is retained in the hole in the wall by the fingers which prevent extraction.
