The invention relates to a rod-shaped fibre composite (400) consisting of a matrix (412) and a circular braiding (402) embedded in the matrix. The aim of the invention is to increase the stability of the fibre composite (400) and to ensure the conduction functions for electricity and fluids. To this end, the wall of the circular braiding (408) comprises wall chambers (408) that are separated by a phase boundary of the matrix (412) of the fibre composite (400). Said wall chambers (408) create a space between inner and outer sections of the wall of the circular braiding (402), which contributes to stability in terms of the bending load and the torsion load. According to the invention, rod-shaped fibre composites (400) can be used to create stable components such as those used for the production of armoured lines. The invention also relates to a device and a method that are used to produce the inventive fibre composite.
L'invention concerne un matériau composite (400) renforcé par des fibres, en forme de barre, constitué d'une matrice (412) et d'un treillis circulaire (402) incorporé dans la matrice. L'invention vise à accroître la stabilité du matériau composite (400) renforcé par des fibres, ainsi qu'à assurer des fonctions de conduction pour l'électricité et les fluides. A cet effet, la paroi du treillis circulaire comprend des chambres de paroi (408) qui sont séparées par une limite de phase de la matrice (412) du matériau composite (400) renforcé par des fibres. Ces chambres de paroi (408) entraînent un écartement de segments intérieurs et extérieurs de la paroi du treillis circulaire (402), ce qui assure notamment la stabilité par rapport aux charges de flexion et de torsion.
